Swordfish has long been a popular option at fish markets, particularly for those looking for a great grilling fish. Swordfish holds up great on the grill because it has nice and firm flesh. That firmness helps it to not full through the grill like other fish has a tendency to do.
We carefully hand-cut and portion the swordfish so you get a beautiful piece of fish. We take the time to remove the bloodline for you. The fish you receive from us will be ready to cook as it is. You will not have to waste any by cutting it down.

Swordfish are caught by hook and line in the Atlantic Ocean. We have a preference for those Sword that are caught by local fishermen in the Gulf of Maine. If a fish is not available from the Gulf of Maine we will source it from the next closest available location, typically Canada or North Carolina.
