American Unagi is a Maine Eel farm plus smokehouse/processor dedicated to providing their customers with a traceable, safer, and ultimately more sustainable eel choice than what exists on the market today.
For this smoked eel, Maine-based American Unagi sources their eels from a partner farm located in Morroco. These eels are fed a high-quality diet without hormones or antibiotics.
Our Smoked in Maine Eel is available in 6 or 10 oz vacuum-packed frozen bags.
